    3 stage interview. First submitted a video answering some basics questions i.e. tell us about yourself and why JustPark, followed by an interview with 2 heads of department, and then a culture interview with 2 additional company employees. If you aren't a good fit for the role you applied for but are a good cultural fit, they will try hard to find a position for you. Despite being a long process, this was the best interview process i've been through.
