Company Updates

  • At this year's G2E show in Las Vegas, Kambi showcased how its flexible Sportsbook has been springboarding visionary operators into regulated US states ahead of its peers.

  • Kambi is set to open its first US-based office in Q2 as part of the Stockholm-listed supplier’s plans to scale up its presence in the growing sports betting market.

The B2B betting firm is currently hiring for a number of positions for its new Philadelphia-based hub, including customer support and risk management roles, which will initially house around 30 staffers.

According to Kambi, Philadelphia was chosen as the best location for the business given the current prominence of sports betting regulation on the East Coast and its proximity to current and prospective customers.

“The opening of a US office has long been part of our plans and we have taken the time to carefully weigh up a number of different options to ensure we settled on the right location,” Max Meltzer, the firm’s chief commercial officer, said.

He added: “In Philadelphia we have found a city that ticks all the boxes – great proximity to customers, a people passionate about sports and high performing local universities.

Questions involving probabilities. About binomial distribution, central limit theorem. A few questions about card games probabilities, and other standard problems involving probabilities. All very simple questions. Another part of the test was about SQL reports. There were questions about SQL commands, the SQL logic and how to use some of them to retrieve some bit of information from a given database.

    Interview Questions

    • None in particular, they were quite standard.   1 Answer
