Mission: Understand People
While our team is working from home we're continuing our staff wellbeing programme wherever possible! This includes: 1) Guided meditation sessions 2) Weekly yoga classes hosted by our team mate Nayab (Thank you Nayab!) 3) Monthly wellbeing workshops - now streamed on Zoom 4) 247 access to our Employee Assistance Programme 5) Advice, support and resources from a team of Mental Health First Aiders.
We spoke to Sacha Francis, one of our Mental Health First Aiders. Sacha told us about how her MHFA training has helped her to support her colleagues during COVID-19. “I’m happy to be working for a company that has invested in training for me to become a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). The Kantar MHFAs are responsible for ensuring that everyone in the company feels supported and has a point of contact if they are ever in emotional distress. We are able to offer a safe place for people to open up and direct them to relevant resources until they are back on their feet. Having MHFA training during the lockdown process has meant that I feel better equipped to support my team during a time of immense change and uncertainty.”

I have been working at Kantar (Worldpanel Division) full-time (More than a year)
Good atmosphere and friendly culture
Location is not the best
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kantar (Worldpanel Division) (London, England) in February 2020.
Online test, video interview (company knowledge, personality, situational questions), assessment center (group task, 2:1 presentation on FMCG trends, 2:1 final interview, mostly situational questions, personality evaluation). The AC day was really long, from 9am-6pm, but the staffs were very helpful.
