    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (London, England) in August 2019.

    Interview

After having gone through an assessment day followed by a final interview with a Partner at the firm, I received no conclusive response from AT Kearney as to whether I was successful or not. The response was that they needed 'another 1-3 months before they would be able to reach a decision'. I found this very frustrating and quite unprofessional having been given only positive feedback (despite asking specifically for constructive feedback on areas I could have improved) and had taken a lot of time to prepare. I never received any formal feedback and ultimately felt like my time had been wasted.
