I have been working at Kindred Group full-time
Great culture and people, the atmosphere of the office is always positive and the people are easy to work with.
A lack of focus and ability to get things done quickly and in an agile fashion can really hold the company back sometimes.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kindred Group (Wimbledon, England) in February 2016.
The process took about 3 weeks from the application to the offer. I first had to fill in a self assessment about certain technologies and detail my working experience with Spring. Next there was a technical phone interview (30 mins) and then the final F2F interview. In this last step I had a technical exercise (code review), a whiteboard exercise then a short discussion with the manager and HR.
We took 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat' to the next level this past weekend. This jolly duo successfully paddled through the harbour in Gibraltar for the Annual Charity Cardboard Boat Race. Although we are pleased with placing fourth in our heat, we are more excited about remaining dry all the way to the finish line... Must be our carefully selected cardboard, recycled from the beaches and bins of Gibraltar!
How do we become One Kindred Team in a World Cup of Opportunities? Our Chief Strategy Officer, Rhodri Darch, reflects back on the World Cup and what it means for Kindred. "We actively seek out and encourage diversity, bringing together star player individuals to work together as a team to reach the goals we set out. We celebrate honesty, integrity, hard work and most importantly, we cheer and celebrate our victories together". Check out his blog post here: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQGOa
