I have been working at Kindred Group full-time (More than 5 years)
Its one of the best company to work for especially if you are interested in sports.
If you care much about salary, its on the middle range of the industry.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work and trust the teams.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kindred Group (London, England) in May 2018.
I had a Skype interview and was invited later on to their office in London for 3 face-to-face interviews.
The HR people never responded after my interview. After all the energy I invested, I did not even get a basic 'refusal template' email. 5 weeks after the deadline I reached out, got a short email right away that I was not hired and that was all. I would like to advise the HR team to consider the situation of their applicants, choosing or switching to a different job is an important moment in one's life and never responding after an interview is not only not professional, it is quite rude and inconsiderate. Nevertheless the people during the interview were nice and easy-going, and the other applicants I met were nice as well.
