I have been working at Kindred Group full-time (More than a year)
Friendly people with good values
Not well developed processes as company is still growing
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Kindred Group (London, England).
Quite comprehensive (skype interview, then 3x IRL interviews -had to travel in from other country, then a final case interview with presentation over skype).
Quite dragged out / long interview process. But it was during summer and mostly managed by the hiring manager rather than HR.
Kindred has commissioned Ethisport to conduct an audit of our commitment to fight against betting-related match-fixing, and last week the results were published.
We achieved a global rating of 70%, which we are really pleased with! Kindred is regarded one of the leading gambling operators, scoring much higher than the industry average.
Eric Konings, Sports Betting Integrity Officer at Kindred said: "We are committed to eliminating match-fixing from our platform and to achieve that, we need to further improve cooperation between operators, sports regulatory bodies and law enforcement.”

Our innovation arm, Kindred Futures, recently announced another intriguing collaboration! Together with Zappar, we have developed a mixed reality experience that will change the way players consume and interact with sporting data.
“We’re very passionate about ensuring that audiences are given enough data to make sensible gaming decisions and think that our experiment with Zappar is an exciting step in the right direction", said Will Mace, Head of Kindred Futures.
