I have been working at LIFE Residential full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Amazing colleagues, Mostly good clients
    Busy work environment, Great Opportunities
Quarterly bonuses, Health care, extra day off on your birthday, clear progression, positive hands on management
Some Managers and all directors push work - life balance

    Cons

Different message coming down through managers in different departments.
Accounts and Admin review work loads especially during busy times, and push team work etc. but this isn't the same in other departments.
Unhappy staff aren't listened too, rather let go of or worked out the company.

    Advice to Management

I think sit with more people on the ground, very mixed messages coming through the team leaders/managers in different departments. (Eg. PM's basically know if you don't stay late you don't progress.
Spread more incentives. If a tenant re-lets part of this is due to PM/AM being helpful and they should be given a bonus for this (Even £5 per deal), if a Landlord then uses us again after a tenant leaves, they should again given and incentive. It would push both teams to give an even better service to ensure their clients stay with Life.
Also the admin team and sales progressor's should be given a cut of the commission. They do so much to get deals through and see none of the rewards.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LIFE Residential (London, England) in February 2016.

Face to face interview after an online application. Office in North Acton London. Not difficult at all. Property manager position with or without experience in the industry. Did not take long and there were no technical questions
