Advice to Management
The life business is old school and has little talent management so please address the gap with GI business. Staff mobility and talent is not made the best use of and lots of stanated staff. Provide more vision from the top.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at LV= (Bournemouth, England) in December 2017.
Telephone interview and Competency based interview. Everybody was really nice and helpful. There was a little presentation in the beginning about the company, after that face to face interview and then listening some phone calls. Unfortunately, I did not get the job, but overall I had a positive experience.
