On 28 March 2018 GVC Holdings completed the acquisition of LadbrokesCoral Group, transforming the scale and shape of our business to create one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming Groups. The enlarged Group has a workforce of c.28,000 people and with a network of 3,500 bookmaking shops operating under the separate Ladbrokes and Coral brands, becomes the UK’s largest high street bookmaker.

In addition to its UK retail outlets, Ladbrokes Coral Group also brings a strong online presence with digital sports betting and gaming offerings across its brands. Our eight-week summer internships will provide you with invaluable insight into our business, while you develop your own skills and capabilities, and work as part of an intern group to address a real business challenge.
During your placement we’ll make sure you spend time with our most senior leadership team and equip you with the training you need to get the most out of the programme. Your time on the summer internship will be supported by a dedicated line manager and HR support, and you’ll also benefit from clear objectives, developmental conversations and weekly one-to-one meetings.
If you’re successful on the summer internship, we aim to offer you a position on the following year’s graduate programme intake.
To apply, you must be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate degree and be willing to complete the internship in London or Gibraltar. Relocation costs for Gibraltar are supported by the business.
Our graduate programmes are made up of four six-month rotations across our UK and Gibraltar offices. The aim is to develop your understanding of various functions and build your knowledge of both our digital and retail offering. Working as part of a team of graduates, you’ll be given a live business challenge or opportunity to address and present back to our senior leadership teams.
All of our graduates are supported by an extensive induction process to build capability and confidence early in your career, with additional training delivered between each rotation. We’ll look to understand your individual working style and how you also work as part of a wider team - all aimed at preparing you for your next opportunity with us.
