I worked at Landing.jobs full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Landing.jobs is the right place for young professionals to learn and develop really fast. You will find a very fast and hands-on environment where you are constantly asked to solve problems and collaborate as a team. If you perform, quickly they will trust you more responsibilities and help you to grow really fast. As a start-up growing a lot, you will also find a chaotic structure where things and ideas change very often. Some love it, some hate it. It's your call to decide. In my case, I put in the pros section for a reason :)
It has a very young and fun environment and it was a place where I met really great people, friends I would say.
Cons
Salary conditions vs workload and responsibilities do not always match and there are some communication issues mostly from the higher positions.

Interview
Had the interview with the co-founder. Great guy, driven by its vision, but in the end I think it was just a hoax. He contacted me directly asking to do a case before the first interview which looking back was strange, and details he already had a marketing manager at the time. I did the case, and updated it following the interview but in the end got no contact at all after. Months later the marketing strategy looks inspired from something I know of, and haven't seen any new manager in the org yet..
