Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. Advice to ManagementContinue to put people first and to keep hiring the best people to work with.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightful (United Kingdom) in Nov 2021
InterviewThe interview process so really simple. There were a few stages but it didnt make the process long. There was an initial zoom call with the hiring manager and member of the people team. The usual tech test for a dev role, followed up a more in depth technical interview for 30 mins, followed straight away by a meet a greet with some of the leadership team.
Really casual process, but of course some questions about what tech I had worked with and some projects that I had led the dev work on.Answer Question
