    The process took a week. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in September 2008.

    Interview

    I had been employed by the bank for 1 year prior to my interview to move areas. It was done over the phone & I was being questioned by two people who were playing good cop bad cop.
    I quite enjoy competency based interviews and they made relax by being informal at the start.

    I was told a week later that the job was mine if I wanted it.
