The process took a week. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in September 2008.

    Interview

I had been employed by the bank for 1 year prior to my interview to move areas. It was done over the phone & I was being questioned by two people who were playing good cop bad cop.
I quite enjoy competency based interviews and they made relax by being informal at the start.

I was told a week later that the job was mine if I wanted it.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time you done what is above above beyond your job description to provide a excellent service?   1 Answer
    • What do consider to be your weaknest and how do you/ have you dealt with it?   Answer Question

    Negotiation
