We offer a range of apprenticeship programmes, from intermediate to degree level. Our opportunities span across all of our career pathways, with roles including Relationship Management, Digital, Marketing, Project Management, IT, Customer Service and Business Administration.


Internships and Graduate Programmes

If you’re currently studying at university or you’re a graduate, our internships and graduate programmes could be the perfect start to your professional career. With 14 different programmes and 5 job families there’s something for everyone.


Our internships run from June to September each year and offer valuable insights into our business as well as the chance to improve your employability. 

Typically 2– 3 years in length, our graduate programmes start in September each year.  They offer structured development: rotational placements ensure you gain a breadth of experience and clear career pathways for future progression, whilst most also provide funded professional qualifications.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England).


    The first stage was online psychometric tests, then if you pass this you are given a strengths based online interview (pre recorded) which has 10 questions. You can prepare for why Lloyds and why the role but preparing for the strengths based questions is very difficult.
