Loaf 'N Jug Reviews
Meeting new people. From customers to coworkers
The pay is not good for what they want. You are expected to work 48 hrs a week for 21.07 starting pay and anything you work after that is free labor as you are salary. They nit pick everything from how to place tags to how clean the store is. Turn over rate is high as starting pay for regular staff is 14/hr where as fast food places start at 18/hr here. Work life balance is non existent. If you don't meet in 3 cagagories come bonus time you get no bonus. And with prices as high as they are 98% of our company stores are losing more money compared to last year. Over all a mess.

Ask if i felt comfortable being alone and mostly talked about what the job in tells. Did a mouth swab drug test onsite. Week later got asked to come in for orientationInterview
