    I worked at LoyaltyOne full-time

    Pros

    - Office location is excellent
    - Gym located in the same building also great

    Cons

    - Very political place to work. If on the good side of certain management, you will go far, if not, forget it. This is regardless of the quality of work you produce.
    - HR team is a mess, especially the one at the top. HUGE turnover suggests she does little or cares about her own team to make it any better.

    Advice to Management

Needs a fresh change. Time for a clear out

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LoyaltyOne (Toronto, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

You'll go through a few rounds depending on the department you're going into. Usually HR first. Once past that phase you may be part of a group interview session consisting of lateral peers and managers.

    Interview Questions

    • Can you talk about one skill that makes you very suited for the role and expand on how you came to build this strong skill?   Answer Question
