    Interview

I applied a few years ago.

    Detailed and offputting process
    - applied online
    - received email to agree to time to call
    - phone interview with HR
    - sql test

The sql test involved downloading a database and querying off that rather than printed out tables which other companies use.

The most offputting thing was the HR person (though very nice) could not answer my question about the positives of working there.
So I read the reviews here (at the time) and just stopped my application. Just too many alarm bells.

Out of interest I looked up that HR person and it turns out they had left the company within 6 months.
Seemed I made the right decision not to pursue.

I hope the company has improved. It’s a fantastic business idea but it has such low awareness. A real shame.
