I have been working at Lyst full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - I have started remotely, and my experience has been second to none, I have felt so welcomed into the business and everyone is super approachable (even if it isn't in person yet)
    - I have been given feedback constantly so I do not feel like I am set up for failure
    - You are in charge of your own work, no feeling of micro management.
    - Open-minded, friendly and fun!
    - Challenged in the way I wanted to be.

    Cons

    - My only con is not being able to have this experience in the office! I have that 'fomo' feeling.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, you are sending the right messages. You have helped eliminate my anxiety on being a new starter from home. Also, seeing the senior leadership teams laugh , smile and not take themselves too seriously and create a really open environment really makes you feel comfortable to reach out ask questions and contribute. I am proud and excited at the prospect of working at Lyst and cannot wait to be a part of the businesses successes and challenges alike, please do not change your management ethos!

    Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lyst (London, England).

    Interview

Got a take-home task which specifically says "don't focus on beautiful code the code should just be functional" whatever that means, I submitted my code and got back feedback saying they won't be progressing because my code wasn't refactored and some output format (I'm printinf stuff on screen) wasn't exactly as they liked. It is rather silly they almost mislead candidates rather than hell them succeed.
