Your career is important to you. We will support you by listening to what learning and development needs you have on an ongoing basis and then together we’ll make it happen.
From the first day you join MDS, we’ll welcome you with a Company Induction programme - so whether you’re new to the industry or you’re a telecoms expert, you will be equipped with the knowledge that you need to do your job and understand the part you have to play in the success of MDS.
We’re passionate about giving everyone the opportunity to develop and learn. Your annual performance review will allow you to discuss and plan for your learning and development needs with your Manager. Whether it’s a new skill or seminar, leadership programme or role related course, we’ll promise to support and invest in your personal development to help you succeed and in turn make MDS succeed too.
We want you to grow with us and that’s why we will always promote current vacancies to our existing employees to give you the opportunity to progress and develop. So whether you want to experience a different team, move up the ladder or are happy doing what you do, we will support you all the way!

In my 14 years of working I can honestly say MDS is the best company I have worked for. The atmosphere is energetic and vibrant and is a pleasure to come to work. Colleagues are friendly and helpful, which in turn makes the many social events most enjoyable. There is also massive scope to develop professionally with the excellent training opportunities available. Would highly recommend anyone to join the MDS Family.
My Commute isn't great but that's about it.
Advice to Management
Keep up the Great Work
I applied online. I interviewed at MDS.
My interview experience with MDS was very positive. I did my first interview by phone as I lived quite far from Warrington, and they were flexible about timings with my two face-to-face interviews as I had to travel so far. When I arrived at MDS, the receptionist was welcoming and the interviewers were friendly so I immediately felt at ease. The questions were straightforward and it actually felt more like a conversation than an interview!
