I worked at MEC full-time (More than 3 years)
Good culture - in-house events and services/benefits, team events, good management support and regular reviews.
Continual learning - regular mandatory training to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date, opportunities to attend external training or further in-house training.
I had no bad experiences whilst working here.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MEC (London, England) in May 2014.
The interview was in 3 stages, first was a 20 minute maths test and it was followed by 2 further interviews with senior members of my prospective team. The interviews were challenging but very informative and gave me a great picture of my potential role.
