The ability to ask team-mates across the company for help when you need it is my favourite thing about working for MRM Global. There is never a sense of shame for not knowing the answer straight away and asking someone out-with your team for help. Everyone at MRM has each others back and big each other up. This is reflected by peers nominating each other for recognition awards every month and nominations/winners shared vocally at our virtual monthly company meetings. While working remote and expanding in the US there are various opportunities for connection & collaboration, from company-wide lunch and learns to a Friday brunch check-out call and much more.

None - we’re a scaling company moving fast and it can be hard sometimes but we’re always honest and upfront about the expectations and will do our best to ensure a positive experience for all who are apart of our journey

Very odd -- received an email saying I had great qualifications, they couldn't wait to speak with me, set a time for a phone interview, the person never called (or provided a way for me to call them). Days later she apologized, and set a different time, after speaking she said she wanted to move me along to the next round and have me speak with a direct supervisor and then never followed up or reached out againInterviewWhat experience do you have in the print and design field?
