Mission: Building Great Futures
This refers to the work that we do and the "why" we exist from an external customer perspective. We help organisations to find talent that they are either unable to access themselves or who they ...
I have been working at Macildowie full-time (Less than a year)
The work environment is fantastic; very energetic and fast-paced.
The training provided is structured and delivered by members of the Macildowie family, whether than is the technicals behind our system, or behavioural sales training
The whole culture feel is positive where the company values both trickle down from upper management and ground-up from the consultants
Your progression plan is clear and structured
I could say about the long hours but it is to be expected when going into a recruitment role, plus, anything you put in you reap the rewards of later. I wouldn’t say there is any at this stage! Maybe more team building opportunities!
Advice to Management
Keep doing all the good stuff you are doing now, this is one of the best operations I’ve seen in a long time.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macildowie.
Interviewed by two people who reviewed my CV and asked specific questions regarding my experience and skills.
This was followed by psychometric testing online.
Further assessment by presentation skills followed by review of the psychometric testing.
Overall the interview was handled very professionally.
Fantastic to see that Macildowie is not only one of The Best Small Companies To Work For but also the highest placed Nottinghamshire entry! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMaMb
