I have been working at MailerLite full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

What really sets MailerLite apart is the fact that the team functions so great as a fully remote one. For me, coming from an office-type of job, remote was scary, but after a year at MailerLite, i could not be happier that i chose this type of work. And it's getting better every day, growing stronger, and bigger, which is really an awesome experience to be a part of.

    Cons

Me, being as honest as possible - i can find no cons.

    Application

I interviewed at MailerLite in March 2020.

    Interview

The interview process was different than other companies. You had to create a newsletter using MailerLite and then they gave you a test assignment. The process takes quite some time and a lot of effort from your side, but when they refuse you, they do not have the decency to tell you why. They just send you a standard mail.
