All helps that you need, different facilities and support from academic to professional advice
not all facilities usually work in particular over the crowded period.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Prepped by agency (page) and was told the dept was changing. Arrived at Reception who did not know who the Head of HR was - their boss- and were too busy watching TV.
Presentation was good for overview.
Role play was awkward - asked if I was answering the right questions and was told yes, but at feedback from agency said I didn't answer the questions correctly.
Interview was awkward - note takes categorically stated she didn't want to be there, Manager seemed nervous of the note taker. Was prepped for questions on change and process improvement, was told this role was just to deliver current processes and keep team happy - total opposite of what was told by agency. Staff appeared defensive and whispered when I walked through the office
