Pros

Made to feel valued, excellent pay, fantastic onboarding process. Very supportive and approachable management. A company I actually want to work hard for.

Cons

The only downside is the fact the software is pretty basic…but, this is constantly being improved and they do actually listen to their employees and take their ideas on board.

Advice to Management

Carry on building this amazing company and don’t lose sight of all our core values. I’m so glad to be part of such a forward thinking business.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ManyPets (London, England) in Dec 2021

    Interview

    Two stage interview process - I got to the second stage. Very open interview more of a conversation about experience. Second interview was about explaining a picture you drew which I found very strange but I guess they use it as a way of seeing if you have their values that they are looking for.

    Didn't hear anything after the interview, they kept me waiting over Christmas and new year and then finally sent me what was clearly a copy and paste generic email to unsuccessful candidates. I think if you meet someone twice and interview them, the very least you can do is make a phone call or at least give some individual feedback. Pretty disappointed in that respect and if this is indicative of how they treat people, it seems to be a blessing in disguise.

This doesn’t mean we aren’t turning our back on insurance – hell no!
