    Pros

MP World School will be the benchmark the industry will be using to gauge the value of early learning apps. Commitment to making a World class educational platform is no easy feat but MP has the team to do it. The quality of the artwork, lessons, and videos are amazing. MP is creating a shared educational experience which both parent and kids will enjoy.

    Cons

As the platform is being built from the ground up concepts and ideas can change. Totally understandable in order to ensure it's the best it can be, but it very frustrating nonetheless. It's a start-up so a start-up mentality is needed (both pro and con!).

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at MarcoPolo Learning.

    Interview

Had an initial phone interview with the HR department and was then invited in for an on-premise interview with the CTO and the Technical Project Manager. Whole process was smooth and the interviewers put me at ease throughout. There were a bunch of technical questions, as one can expect for a developer role. I got the job a few days later.
