I have been working at Masabi full-time for more than a year

Pros

Friendly and smart people, with none of that corporate bs. Senior management wear flip flops to work and are very grounded. The product keeps expanding in terms of features and new markets. Good

Cons

Lack of private healthcare and sudden changes in strategy as the product keeps growing. Engineering and Product slightly privileged, but guess it's a tech company so maybe it's normal.

Advice to Management

Invest more in your people (e.g. more opportunities to learn life skills like the School of Life talks from last year, or anything similar) and keep the culture as the company grows.

    1 stage 30 min call with a recruiter, covered the previous roles and expectations thoroughly.
    Got notified about 2nd stage very promptly- conference call with Hiring Managers, pretty much repeated everything from initial interview.
    Got told will receive an update within a day or two.
    Never heard anything back despite following up.
