    I have been working at Matillion full-time (More than a year)


    The culture. The company has moved on from a small startup to being a market leader. It's led by very good people who genuinely care about the people that work at Matillion. Everyone seems to get on and it's an open, collaborative and friendly environment. There is also great alignment in that management is open and honest about everything that's happening. The CEO does weekly 15 minute presentations to the whole company where he discusses "What's on his mind." There's also structured monthly presentations by the CEO that are an hour long where there's a lot more detail about the state of the company. There's loads of positives, far too many to mention. Things like share options, working from home, free drinks and snacks, etc.
