    Positive Outlook

I worked at McDonald's UK full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The perks which you get from the discount is great (Ended up with half price sky for a year) and they're nights out are great. You meet some great people and make some friends. If your in University or college you can work in your spare time and pick up some cash.

    Cons

You can work any hours of the day depending on which type of store you work in.

    Advice to Management

Some management need to look and see who's putting in the hard work and who just talks a good game. A good few times I was there the hard working people was getting over looked for people who was saying the right things.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's UK (Liverpool, England) in April 2012.

    Interview

The process was easy. Took around 2 weeks. I had a questionnaire to complete with about 30 questions, each ranging from everyday job scenarios to customer conflicts examples. I was invited to an interview with last 30 minutes including an OJE (On Job Evaluation). The overall process was easy.
