Best Places to Interview: 2017 (#46)
I have been working at McDonald's UK full-time (More than a year)
There are several benefits to working at this company. Ranging from free food on breaks, to hundreds of discounts at other retailers.
Working hours are usually long, and the break is not long enough for that, in my opinion. You get up to 45 minutes on a 9 hour shift.
Advice to Management
The management team does a great job of running the store each and every day, however, sometimes it would be great if they participated more as part of the team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's UK (Liverpool, England) in April 2012.
The process was easy. Took around 2 weeks. I had a questionnaire to complete with about 30 questions, each ranging from everyday job scenarios to customer conflicts examples. I was invited to an interview with last 30 minutes including an OJE (On Job Evaluation). The overall process was easy.
