    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at McGraw Hill (London, England).

    Interview

Had a positive phone call with the Recruitment Manager who then arranged for me to come in and meet the Global HRD. I attended the interview at their office and met the Global HRD, I felt we had a lot of common interests and that the interview had gone well. I received feedback a few days later to say that it was very positive and they had enjoyed meeting me. Next steps would be delayed as the Group HRD was travelling for the next two weeks. Over the next three months, I sent chaser emails and kept being told that they would sort something out for the following week, which never came to fruition. The role has now been readvertised, I have never received an email to say why they are not progressing my application, or providing feedback. It is disappointing as I was initially very interested in the role and felt the interest was mutual. Looking at the negative experiences on Glassdoor it seems I am not alone.
