Advice to Management
As we move from general consulting to digital strategy adopt more collective management practices
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (City of London, England) in November 2011.
Very professional. First round consisted of two 1:1 interviews and each interview followed exactly the format the recruiters specified: Personal Experience conversation followed by one case study. The consultants and HR staff with whom I conversed were friendly, nice and easy to get along with. Prior to the First Round interview, candidates must take the Problem Solving Test, which consists of 26 multiple-choice questions that must be answered within one hour.
