Interview
I had a positive experience interviewing at Medik8 (2023) . It took around 3- 4 weeks but I was kept informed through out the process. Nikki did a commendable job keeping me informed. The position had broadly three rounds: one with HR, one with CFO and People Team, and a one hour presentation with the PE partner and the CFO. The interview was broadly to judge the management style, bit of technical and largely cultural fit. The presentation round was in person and was well received. Thought I didn't get the offer, overall a positive experience. Rooting for the bright future of Medik8!Interview1) Past Experience and behavioral questions.
