    I worked at MentorBox full-time


    * Most people were paid well
    * Company mission sounds good on paper
    * Good connections and networking


    * C-suite treated employees and customers poorly
    * Management had little/no experience
    * Company culture was not safe, supportive or welcoming
    * What was preached to the customers in the books and lessons on good business and management was not being practiced at the company
    * Work/Life balance does not exist. If you try, it will cost you promotion/respect/your job
    * Website/customer service is bad and undeniably created to increase sales instead of serving the customer

    Advice to Management

    f the company wants to succeed longterm there needs to be a different attitude coming from the top down. Employee feedback can be used to make the company better. Customers that canceled service have valuable feedback too.
