    I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Meridian Business Support (Milton Keynes, England) in June 2018.

    Interview

    I initially applied for a warehouse operative vacancy as something to tie myself over until a better suited role became available in the Milton Keynes branch, the manager was helpful and inquisitive. After leaving my CV, I received a call an hour later inviting me in for a f2f interview the next day for an internal recruitment consultant position based on my previous experience within the industry. - The CEO popped in to my f2f interview, very funny and kind man who made me feel very welcome.

    Opportunities for career progression
    Support from colleagues and management is always available.

    Fantastic company to work for, I would recommend Meridian to anyone looking for a job within the recruitment industry.

    This is the best company I have ever worked for because of how supportive, kind and fun the management and staff are to work with.
