    I have been working at Metalogix Software full-time (More than 3 years)


    The colleagues are the biggest pro for me. We have a strong culture between the colleagues and often spend time together outside of work. The business itself is shifting from the old days and the focus is moving away from the 'sell, sell, sell' mentality. Now it's more down to customer relationship building and what is the best for the customer!

    As an employee you get a lot of benefits and the management is reasonable if you just open up and be frank with them.

    Internal promotions are in place and the hiring process is quite transparent. You get a chance to speak to the potential new hire if you want to. Get to know him, see if he fits into culture, what is his knowledge on certain topics like.

    New CMO in place who is rebranding Metalogix and it feels like a fresh start!


    Internal communication between the teams is not great. Working in EMEA it sometimes feels like there are no offices in the US and other parts of the world. Product Management and Dev Teams are opening up more and more to the teams globally but still needs to be improved further.

    A lot of work ahead which will needed to be carried out on the backs of the current employees, but it's worth the investment.

    Advice to Management

    Carry on promoting internally, listen to your staff and work with your staff. Engage more with the teams globally. Support internal trainings on a more regular basis. Find more suitable roles for people you don't shine in the role they are in.

    Pretty easy, plenty of questions asked but nothing too strenuous.
    More relationship centric than anything else.
    You meet plenty of people to be sure that you will integrate into the team.
    Some of these may be more junior, or much more senior.
    Capped off sometimes with a call with the CEO.
