Pros
I owe so much to MightyHive for offering so much development over the course of my time working there. Having moved on from MightyHive, you realise how special this place is and what makes it so special is it's people. A truly inclusive environment that isn't just lip service - they actively encourage employees to be themselves and foster a diverse environment. Leadership is genuinely open to hearing the opinions of their staff which makes people feel like they have a real stake in the direction of company.
Cons
Just lots of change, but that is the nature of a successful and recently acquired business.
