I have been working at Milk & Honey PR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been working the agency for nearly two years. I approached the agency directly through LinkedIn when I initially moved to the UK and the team consisted of 8 people. It's been an honour to see the agency grow over the last two years and the new achievements we've earned. We really do focus on collaboration and everything is a team effort. Every has their hand in some project whether that is marketing, new business, culture club, or ensuring our systems such as Cision are up to date. Regardless of the seniority level at the agency, there is opportunity for anyone to grow.

    Cons

Would like more lunch food options at the Battersea Studio co-working location. However, we do have a great local pub around the corner that makes up for that!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Milk & Honey PR (London, England).

    Interview

I had only one interview with them. Extremely nice people, who seem to really take interest in your background and what you wish to offer.
Relatively new company but there is no doubt in my mind that they will be successful.

Company Updates

  • "The most impressive companies are honest and transparent." Inauthenticity erodes brand trust and will always get exposed. By committing to initiatives like B Corp and Investors in People, your business can be part of a community committed to good business. Our queen bee, Kirsty Leighton, has written a piece for Forbes about our transparent and ethical business objectives.

  • We believe in helping brands and ourselves change for good. Today, our queen bee, Kirsty Leighton, was interviewed in Social Media Genius Week, discussing our latest programmes and pledges to be a force for good. Thank you to Claire Burdett for taking the time for this interview. Over to you boss.
