While I appreciate that Mindshare took action to improve its parental leave by increasing paternity leave and removing time with company to qualify, I think it's insane that they didn't offer MOMS more time off. 3 months is not enough and now men and women get the same amount. Even though women are the ones giving birth. I really felt like it was a slap in the face to those women. Why not extend to 16 weeks for women? That would be most helpful. Wasn't impressed.

Hey Everyone, I'm a postgraduate student pursuing MSc. Marketing in London, and I'm actively seeking internships related to marketing and brand communication. I bring with me approximately 3.8 years of work experience from a prominent OOH agency in Dubai and have worked with some prestigious clients like Amazon, Mercedes, H&M and many more. If you have any openings, I'd greatly appreciate if you could please get in touch. Thank you! Omnicom Media Group WPP Dentsu Havas MindShare Publicis

Is it common for employers like WPP to consider relocating employees to a different country if they were not selected in the H-1B visa lottery? I currently work as a data scientist at a WPP agency, and most of my team members are based in a different country. WPP GroupM MindShare Ogilvy
