You feel appreciated as an employee, management are very approachable, great relaxed atmosphere, great training and colleagues.
Some people take advantage of some of the perks given and don't appreciate what they are given. May take a little time to settle in and build relationships but just down to your own individual personality really.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work, would like to encourage others to join but not sure if training can be given to novices?
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Modality Systems (London, England) in June 2015.
extremely professional with a very strong requirement for understanding and dealing with customers on a CxO level. latitude of thought required as this is a very entrepreneurial environment and you will be required to have a dynamic thought process to deal with the daily needs of the customers.
