I worked at Monarch Airlines full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It had excellent training, fantastic support and a real can do attitude throughout. It was an absolute privilege to have worked for Monarch for a number of years. It was always a pleasure going to work with such a lovely team of colleagues and was always a fun day out, never a chore.

    Cons

49 years of British aviation heritage sadly could not be saved. The company no longer exists. It went into administration in October 2017.

    Advice to Management

If only we had been as aggressive as easyjet when they first started out...

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Monarch Airlines (Brighton, England) in September 2017.

    Interview

I missed out the presentation so I went straight to group discussion and then to do the test. In the test, there were like 10 qns on Maths, then like 5 qns about the business and last one was about medicals... overall it was easy... after yu do that, if yu passed then yu would go onto the interview round but unfortunately i didnt make it...
