Abysmal employee experience. Company doesn't spend even a minute thinking about how good or bad the workplace is . Mission : There is none ! Just pull up someone from the leadership and ask them what the mission is ! They'll dodge the bullet ! Work culture : Hyperloop ! It's an all boys club (literally). 3 or 4 men sitting on the helm, forming groups and following the policy of divide and rule. All decisions (business , product, tech , features , compliance) are made by them and constantly changed during the quarter . There is no strategy and no execution excellence ! Leadership: There are no leaders in the company ! No visionary thinking , no one to lead by example , no SMEs and above all no solid hiring policies. A lot of important roles are filled in hastily and also fired before the probation ends . The feedback/ review system is extremely skewed towards favouritism. Modern tech companies foster employees to challenge the status quo , but this is one of the only ones that take questioning in a negative way . If you questioned some of the thinking and decisions (constructively) the COO immediately gets threatened and starts plotting that employees exit ! Very insecured leadsrship and this company sadly will fail because they can't handle smart employees even if they mean good for the company .
