I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in May 2011.
Had 4 telephone interviews since i wasnt located at the same place. First interview consisted of personality questions with some job related questions then as i moved on i was interviewed by more senior people and the questions got more detailed.
