Pay and hours are nice.
Management never answers when needed.
Advice to Management
Train managers to be more hands on and idk maybe pick up when an agent calls with an escalated client. Train support staff better, none of them can seem to agree. Which looks bad if you have one saying one thing and the other saying something different.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan and Morgan in October 2014.
It was a fairly easy process. I came in met with the attorney all and all not bad. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. . It seems like a nice place to work. However the commute would have been too long for me so I decided not to take the job. Too far.
