    Florist Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Morrisons (Leicester, England) in July 2020.

    Interview

I applied online and was called around a month later and invited to an interview (probably due to Covid lockdown there was a delay). I went into the store for a short interview in which the interviewer was just getting an idea of my experience in floristry and customer service. Having a good knowledge of Morrisons history and values is also useful. It was friendly and fairly informal, (due to covid) it was only around 15 mins long. I was informed the next day that I had been invited to a practical assessment of my floristry skills which would be on a later date (in a few weeks). The assessment would assess different floristry skills using cut flowers.
