I have been working at Moteefe full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
- A great team with young and talented people
- Multi-cultural; my team alone consists of people from 6 different countries
- Lots of exciting projects to work on that really are important to the business
- Hiring many new people which is exciting as the teams are constantly growing and changing
Cons
- It's still a young company with fast growth so it can be a bit hectic at times - but mostly in a good way

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Moteefe (London, England) in November 2017.
Interview
Brief telephone interview with CTO followed by a technical test to do at home. The telephone interview was friendly and informal covering my work experience and describing the project. The technical was a small React project to be done in 2 hours.
