Products are really nice, allocation, okay pay
Absolutely awful!!!!! Would not reccomend this job to anyone!! I was there for a year almost and it was the worst year of my life. Extremely POOR management. Nobody listens to your views or concerns if you aren't senior enough. Bullying, intimidating, sooo u professional. No business manager for 3 months due to "bereavement" and I had to look after the counter on my own. Not enough management as I only had a director and account co ordinator who weren't much help at all. Comission structure is rubbish too. Very high staff turnover considering that counter has only been there for a year.
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees
Stop pointing the finger at people
No need to bully people into leaving
Pick on someone your own age
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Murad.
Telephone interview and 5 face to face interviews including creating a product presentation and delivering it. The discussion took a few months and was thorough but relaxed and friendly throughout. Good communication at each step.
Very open discussion. Honest and helpful.
