Pros
Been at N Family just over two weeks and I have loved every second of it. From the amazing staff and management to all the amazing benefits we get working for N including: 100£ annually for work clothing, discounted nursery fee’s for your child to join N, mental health support, 100£ personal development fund yearly and much more. The support I’ve had from all the management team making sure I’ve settled in well has been so lovely.
Cons
Honestly can’t think of any cons, the two weeks I’ve been here I have nothing negative to say.

As first step they say they will call you for an informal initial chat before the actual interview with the manager of the nursery. That "chat" turned into a proper interrogation about safeguarding, eyfs framework, Ofsted, leadership, conflict management etc. Probably to check your knowledge without giving you time to prepare. On site interview was pleasant, lots of questions but very fair. No possibility to do a trial day. Afterwards the checks were carried out by the compliance team treating you as if you were the worst criminal liar.InterviewThey give you a scenario and you are asked to explain how would you behave in that given circumstance.
