Last week we hosted #RecHack26: a full day in-house conference about employer brand, recruitment and brand reputation for our employees in collaboration with Glassdoor, Linkedin and Offended.marketing.
It was such an insightful and fun day, which ended with one of our #Talk26 meetups about Diversifying Recruitment with Noor van Boven (N26), Lauren Wright (Glassdoor) and Barbara Wittman (LinkedIn).

One highlight of our summer 2019 campaign is the 220 square meter N26 graffiti wall. It was sprayed by hand by five graffiti artists in just four days on the side of a house at the East Side Gallery in Berlin, and at night, a projection brings the artwork to life. In Germany there are only about 10 graffiti artists who are able to do graffiti of this magnitude.

Pros
Getting a deep knowledge of the banking system and on how to get the best human interaction with clients.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at N26 (Berlin (Germany)) in July 2019.
Interview
The interview experience was great overall. What really stood out to me was how polite and nice was everyone from the beginning until the end of the recruiting process. While the interviews themselves where demanding in terms of questions and performance, the interviewers were always super nice.
The interview consisted of several rounds starting with an HR screening video call. The next round is an interview with the team and then you are asked to prepare a case study and submit it within a few days. If you are successful, the company invites you to their offices in Berlin for a series of interviews with the senior management.
