I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NCC Group (Leeds, England) in February 2018.
I was approached by the company's recruitment team. I had a phone interview with HR (Talent recruitment), followed by 2 face-to-face interviews. The first face-to-face interview was with a senior member of staff (hiring manager), the second with the same person and 2 other more junior members of the same team. Both interviews were well conducted and the staff were prepared well for them. They were friendly and approachable. Following the second interview, I was given a deadline by which I would be notified of the outcome. I never received a call back. I did approach the Talent recruitment lady I had been communicating with after the deadline, only to be told that she was not sure if a decision had been made and that she will contact me back. Naturally, this never happened. The process overall was quite smooth up until the end, however, they did come across as unprofessional by not making me aware of the interview outcome (obviously no feedback was provided). Hence, the reason why I feel this was a negative experience. Everything else was well organised.
