Pros
The company is growing essentially due to MEO being with Altice on board
Cons
Employees are treated like numbers. You don't have hours to stop working, i worked normally for 12h, of course 8 of them we're paid. There is a huge clash of cultures between the two former companies that we're merged (ZON e Optimus). There is not a clear decision making in steering and through the board to the teams.
Application
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at NOS (Lisbon (Portugal)) in September 2017.
Interview
Very easy and very fast. I sent my resume and started my work in less than a month. I decided I wanted to work there. Found a good position to apply and made an online application. All the process was really easy.
