    Positive Outlook

I worked at Nando's Canada full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great employer with long term opportunities for growth within the business. I was very happy with my employment and the team were vey much like a family.

    Cons

Lack of training and very busy atmosphere meant that new trainees had a diluted version of quality customer service.

    Advice to Management

Investing in current employees through time and education is way to avoid a high turnover of staff and ensure commitment.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nando's Canada (London, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

It was a pretty easy, casual interview. The manager and assistant manager introduced themselves first, then got right into the questions. The manager reacts well to whatever response you give him, and he also writes down your answers.

    Interview Questions

    • What would you do if there was an angry customer?   1 Answer
    • When was a time you faced difficulties and how did you overcome it?   1 Answer
