    I applied online. I interviewed at National Accident Helpline (United Kingdom)

    Interview

    Two stage interview which the latter stage was with MD. Was not offered the Role... (which is fine) asked for feedback three times and was ignored. I took time out to attend the interview which was 30 miles away over two stages. Took 2 half days annual leave. This company does not even have the decency to give feedback once requested. I am actually glad I did not get the job as this clearly shows how unprofessional they are.

Last week, National Accident Helpline was delighted to be announced as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Small (described as being up to 500 staff so not that small!) Companies to Work for in the UK! What a year! This is an amazing accolade for the business which has had quite a 25th birthday year as it had celebrated being awarded Gold standard by Investors in People in September as well as excellent results in the OwnIt! staff survey in the Spring! Simon Trott, CEO of the Personal Injury division said: "Being in the Top 100 at all is an incredible achievement – especially as it was the first time the business had applied to be assessed – but to come straight in at number 69 was the cherry on the cake. It’s testament to the hard work of the staff here whose passion, dedication and drive makes NAH a great place to be and continues to take us forward as a business. We’re absolutely delighted!"
