I have been working at National Grid (UK) (Less than a year)

A good working environment with a lot of people who care about your development. Money is good for the amount of work you put it.

The company is a little slow-paced and it might be hard to find the information you need. Most of the managers aren't very charismatic people.

    Advice to Management

It might be a good idea to appoint younger managers.

    Strategy Analyst Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Grid (UK) (London, England) in October 2017.

I applied online, in a couple of days I could fill out the aptitude and numeracy tests, which were quite long and easy, even boring. In a couple of weeks, I was invited to a telephone interview, there is a good online system for scheduling interviews. The phone interview was somewhat one-sided, as my interviewer couldn't answer my questions about the role.

    Interview Questions

    • General questions about the energy industry. These just to test your awareness. The second part of questions is about your personal experiences, with problem solving and communication.   Answer Question
