It's #NCSW23! This National Customer Service Week, we want to highlight the great work that our front-line services do to keep road users safe. These teams work around the clock, helping people plan the best route for their journey, sharing information about roadworks and traffic conditions, assisting people who’ve broken down and making sure the roads we manage remain in a safe condition.

Congratulations to Dr Nicolette Formosa! The Women's Engineering Society has recognised her as one of the UK's Top 50 Women in the sector. We talked to her during the #BigBangFair, where she spoke about her achievement and how important it is to encourage more women to consider a career in the industry.
National Highways Reviews

Pros
I moved here from an organisation I had been with for 14 years, so was quite nervous about the change. Months later i now know it was the best thing i could of done. This organisation is inclusive, progressive and genuinely care about their employees. They have a values framework similar to many large organisations , however, the really do adhere to their values. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. Every voice is heard and they focus on the right things, such as health and safety, health and wellbeing, and your career path to name just a few. Higher management engage with all levels of staff and genuinely lead by example, which is really refreshing. The expectation around my role and duties have been clear from the outset, which has allowed me to hit the ground running, whilst being provided great training and guidance. I can genuinely say, in my opinion, this is a great place to work.
Cons
For myself personally, I can't really list many cons, and that is a genuine statement.
